The House of Charles Heidsieck was one of the first Champagne Houses to give concrete expression to its passion for Chardonnays by producing a Blanc de Blancs from the 1949 harvest. Two of the House's skills come together: that of making great white wines, but also the art of blending a wide selection of wines from different years and terroirs. The Champagne Blanc de Blancs is the result of a very selective blend of 100% Chardonnay, with aromas of vine peach, candied citrus fruits and floral notes. On tasting, the freshness and generous tension of these typical flavours carry us to a creamy and balanced finish, surprisingly mineral and salty.
