An exclusive Addison Ross design, our Nile Water lacquered spool-shaped mill comes with an “S” and “P” stainless-steel screw knob, allowing you to decide whether you want it to be a salt mill or a pepper mill.
The mill is made from solid rubberwood, fully FSC-certified, and finished with 8 coats of high-gloss lacquer, hand-polished between each coat. Using a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to operate. The mills can be used to grind either rock salt, dry salt crystals, or black peppercorns. Do not use with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns.
