Malouin's is the crazy project of Thomas and Charlotte Jourdan, a Parisian restaurant couple who decided to hang up their apron to devote themselves to their love of gin and the Emerald Coast. A recipe developed with Lenaick Lemaitre from the Naguelann distillery (Côte d'Armor, Brittany). The basic ingredients (juniper berries, yuzu lemon peel...) and seaweed extracts (Kombou, Sea Kelp & Spaghetti) are macerated and then undergo a double distillation in an iron stil
