Grinding Mechanism: Equipped with a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to operate. Suitable for grinding rock salt (dry salt crystals) or black peppercorns. Not recommended for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns.
