On the island of Noirmoutier, formerly known as the island of Her, François revives an ancestral craft by offering salt of great purity, known as Herio.
For this bar, we use only hand-harvested fleur de sel. It highlights the indulgent delicate notes of red fruits and biscuit in the 70% Tanzanian chocolate, complemented by generous and crunchy organic almond pieces.
An authentic and irresistible creation, the result of a delightful encounter between two passionate houses.
