The Pinot Noir Statera from Domaine Bretaudeau is an elegant and precise red cuvée, driven by the finesse of the grape variety and the estate’s distinctive style. Produced with meticulous care both in the vineyard and in the cellar, this wine charms with its balance, freshness, and delicate expression of fruit.
On the nose, it reveals beautiful notes of cherry and crisp red fruits, accompanied by floral and lightly spicy nuances. On the palate, the texture is refined, the tannins are supple, and the finish is fresh, with lovely energy. A delicate Pinot Noir that is both approachable and refined.
Ideal with roast poultry, pork tenderloin, sautéed mushrooms, bistronomic cuisine, or soft cheeses.
Serve slightly chilled, at around 14–16°C, to fully enjoy its aromatic finesse.
