Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 - Chalk case

The Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 is an exceptional champagne. A true tribute to the Ruinart taste, this great Chardonnay wine is at once seductive, concentrated, rich and taut. It reveals an exceptional aromatic power.

Born in 1959, Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 in a chalky case is a tribute to Chardonnay, the emblematic grape variety of the House of Ruinart. Dom Ruinart 2010 has also allowed the return of a practice formerly used in the ageing process thanks to the corking process. The result? The corked bottles give more taut and complex wines.

In 2020, Ruinart revolutionised packaging with the "Seconde Peau" case, a soft and velvety touch like chalk that now envelops all the bottles. Its relief and crevices give the impression that this case was carved directly into the rock. The whole is light and elegant.

This exceptional champagne is ideal as a gift for a special occasion or event, or simply to accompany a fish or seafood dinner.

InformationsAlcohol abuse is dangerous for your health and should be consumed in moderation.

DressA golden yellow colour with light green reflections. A fine and persistent effervescence is observed.
NoseThe first nose is powdery, floral (iris) and mineral (wet rock), reminiscent of the chypre world of perfumery. Then, toasted and spicy notes dominate: nutmeg (finesse and intensity), hazelnuts and roasted almonds, as well as a hint of coffee. Finally, notes of ripe citrus fruits energise the aromatic of this vintage.
TasteOn the palate, Dom Ruinart 2010 is rich, taut, seductive and expressive. Its great aromatic power allows it to impose itself. Aromas of fig blossom merge with notes of black tea and fresh spices (sil timur berries, mahaleb).
