Champagne Joseph-Perrier, Brut Nature - 75cl
Cuvée Royale
Joseph Perrier has been known since 1825 thanks to this champagne wine (notably at the British court, since it was served at the time of Queen Victoria and King Edward VII, hence the name "Cuvée Royale"). The Brut Nature is the new cuvée produced by this family house for 6 generations. A blend of chardonnay (35%), pinot noir (35%) and pinot meunir (30%), including 24% reserve wines, this champagne is not dosed and has been aged for a minimum of 72 months (based on 2013 harvest, disgorgement in 2021).
The Cuvée Royale Brut Nature is a deep vermilion gold colour with a fine mousse. Delicate floral aromas of rose and peony emerge and continue with intense spicy fragrances. Perfect as a fresh aperitif. This wine also goes well with raw fish and shellfish. It is ideal for Asian-inspired dishes.
