Usage Instructions
Dosage
11.8 g/day (one level 25 ml measuring spoon) to be diluted in a mug of hot or cold plant-based milk (250 ml). To avoid lump formation, we recommend adding the powder first, followed by a small amount of water or milk, and stirring until fully dispersed before adding the rest of the preparation.
