Born from a meeting with Aurore B., a talented artist, this bar emerged from a shared passion for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To mark this event, a unique bar of 70% El Salvador chocolate, adorned with Damask Rose petal fragments, is offered.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an annual campaign aimed at raising awareness for breast cancer screening and raising funds for research. For each bar purchased, 50 cents are donated to the Ligue contre le cancer du Nord.
This chocolate enchants with its fresh and tangy citrus notes, balanced by a gentle and subtle rose fragrance.
Nestled in a lush forest traversed by a crystal-clear water source, Hacienda Comalapa cultivates exceptional cocoa through agroforestry, without any pesticides. This passionate work is led by the owner Luis and his team. Thanks to sourcing partner Belco, which develops sustainable projects around coffee and cocoa in El Salvador, the first bags of this rare cocoa arrived in Le Havre in 2022.
