Thanks to its expertise as a Cacaofèvier®, allowing mastery of chocolate from bean to creation, the Manufacture CLUIZEL has crafted this unique gift box. The truffles made from beans of the Mangaro Plantation express the flavors of this unique terroir in a 71% dark chocolate. Melting in the mouth, they unveil the fruity aromatic notes reminiscent of the mango trees that once populated the cocoa fields on the Island of Madagascar. At the end of the tasting, their distinct taste reveals a perfect balance: a delicately sweet and cocoa-rich flavor.
These truffles are the result of a selective search for an exceptional terroir and the collaborative work between CLUIZEL and the planter. Together, they determined the ideal fermentation method, which accounts for 60% of the final cocoa aromatic notes. Subsequently roasted at the Manufacture (contributing 10 to 15% of the final chocolate flavors), they translate the taste of this unique ancestral land, respecting the product and its origin to the utmost.
