The Poussinos shell is made with our 70% Dominican Republic chocolate.
Very little sugar, plenty of hazelnuts and cocoa: a distinctive approach in the service of an intense flavour.
Piedmont hazelnuts are recognized as some of the best hazelnuts in the world. We have selected those from the Benvenuto family. Harvested in the heart of the Piedmont region in northern Italy, their high-quality organic hazelnuts form a perfect pairing with our chocolate.
