In the story, Tintin drives the Egyptologist Philémon Siclone and the writer Zlotzky to the psychiatric asylum in this very model. So singular, in fact, that it was never actually marketed in real life.
Discover this fascinating Torpedo imagined by coachbuilder-cabinetmaker Jacques Saoutchik. The Lincoln Torpedo Grand Sport was never produced—only plans, a few advertising drawings, the possibility of a prototype… and then Hergé.
Reproduced with great precision and a premium finish, this car is part of a new collection of 1:12 resin models. This fifth release stands out with a wealth of details, hand-painted bodywork, and a certificate of authenticity. Delivered in a beautiful double-flap presentation box.
