For this Glenrothes, the raw whisky has been meticulously matured in European oak casks previously seasoned with sherry. The result is a combination of the distillery's delicate and bold aspects, from Speyside, which are delicately and harmoniously balanced on one hand, while offering, on the other hand, a wide range of intense spicy notes and a touch of sweetness. This 15-year-old whisky has been bottled at a slightly higher strength of 43% ABV.
