Composed of Juniper berries, Hibiscus, Pine, as well as regional essences of Espelette Pepper (AOC), Ahoy Gin distills floral and spicy notes.
The oak barrel finishing, from our Domaine De Chevalier, Grand Cru Classé in Pessac Léognan, imparts roundness and complexity.
- Nose: Floral scent of Hibiscus enhanced by the resinous hints of pine.
- Palate: Initial floral and spicy notes.
- Finish: Warm and slightly spicy notes of Espelette pepper accompanied by the resinous notes of pine and juniper. The vinosity and subtle expression of the white wine barrels enhance its gentle spice notes.
