From granitic terroirs and aged for one year on lees in large oak casks, this Riesling reveals an expression that is both pure and complex. The nose opens with notes of citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and warm stone, underlined by a subtle smoky touch. The palate is full and structured, while retaining a fine mineral tension. Lees ageing brings depth, texture, and length without ever masking the energy of the terroir. An elegant Riesling, both approachable and refined.
