Why Louis-Philippe? The name of this mandarin liqueur is a historical nod to the golden age of Distillerie Génestine, during which Louis-Philippe, the last King of the French, reigned until 1848. On the label, you will also find the signature of Guy Jolivet, liqueur maker and father of the founder. He passed on to his son his legendary Mandarin Liqueur recipe—honouring the family tradition.
