Year
Dom Pérignon Rosé embodies this timeless desire to push boundaries, capturing the raw power of the red Pinot Noir grape in a luminous blend. Refined by a slow and masterful transformation over twelve years of cellaring,
Dom Pérignon Rosé is a vibrant embodiment of both light and shadow.
2010 saw a cool start to the year, followed by a dry summer. Heavy rainfall in August encouraged the development of botrytis on the Pinot Noir. A selective harvest resulted in a balanced vintage, rich in contrasts.

Tasting notes
Nose : the nose opens with beautifully ripe fruit, with tropical notes. It then reveals vibrant red fruit and the depth of generous flesh, somewhere between quince and chocolate, before unfolding into fresher notes. It finishes with gentle spices: cardamom and vanilla.
Palate: the wine displays a surprising ease, thanks to its powerful yet light character, its intensity and its precision. On the palate, everything is delicate, dense and silky. The 2010 vintage displays a consistent body and grainy texture, underpinned by zesty and briny notes. The finish unfolds, remarkably well-integrated, with elegance and grandeur.
