The Ti CED Victoria Pineapple recipe showcases an exceptional fruit. Naturally ripened on Réunion Island, it is hand-cut at our workshop near Nantes just a few days after being harvested, then slowly macerated in a blend of French Caribbean agricole rums to reveal its full aromatic richness, with nothing added. An iconic recipe from the workshop, fruity and intense, bringing out the fruit’s true flavor.
Tasting profile
A wonderfully fresh and balanced arrangé. Its pale yellow color with golden hues promises a clear and vibrant tasting experience. The nose opens with distinct aromas of fresh pineapple, supported by the vegetal signature of agricole rum. On the palate, the opening is round and delicately sweet, giving way to a beautifully expressive fruitiness. The tasting evokes a slightly tangy pineapple carpaccio, carrying its finesse through to the finish.
