Just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, the Publicisdrugstore is launching the first edition of its Food & Wine Festival, a festive event celebrating the Week of Taste, under the patronage of Chef Éric Frechon.
For ten days, this iconic venue located at the top of the Champs-Élysées transforms into a true culinary and cultural scene: tastings, signature dishes revisited by Top Chef contestants, masterclasses, a gala dinner with the legendary Crillon team, and the first edition of the literary prize “Every Taste Has a Story – Publicisdrugstore Food & Wine Festival.”
The program is rounded out with convivial gatherings around a Grand Musical Brunch, a Grand Tea Party, tastings, an ambitious book signing schedule, and film screenings followed by debates.
"With this Food & Wine Festival, the Publicisdrugstore continues to fulfill its initial promise: to be a place of surprise, discovery, beauty, and goodness, a place for everyone to meet, all the time, on the most beautiful avenue in the world."
Franck Jeantet, General Director of the Publicisdrugstore

Throughout the Festival, the restaurant LE Drugstore offers a revamped menu where classic favorites and new creations stand side by side under the signature of Chef Éric Frechon, accompanied by prestigious guests.
An icon of gastronomy, Chef Éric Frechon presents one of the Festival's highlights with the grand return of two iconic dishes that have marked his career:
- Macaroni stuffed with black truffle, artichoke, and foie gras, gratinated with aged parmesan
- Line-caught whiting from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in a bread crust with almond accents, with semi-cooked New Zealand spinach highlighted with curry oil and piquillos.
Alongside him, two Top Chef contestants, Grégoire Touchard and Charlie Anne, offer their interpretation of LE Drugstore restaurant classics: Caesar salad and club sandwich.
On the sweet side, pastry Chef Claire Heitzler showcases two signature creations: the delicate Fleur d’Aphrodite and the surprising Racine. These two desserts reflect her unique approach to pastry, both refined and committed.
Creativity also makes its mark behind the bar: Matthias Giroud, mixologist and master of the shaker, offers masterclasses inspired by the history of the Drugstore, as well as a dedicated menu. Between reinvented classics and contemporary creations, with or without alcohol, he challenges the traditional cocktail scene.
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Étoile, the second restaurant at the Publicisdrugstore, also embraces the colors of the Food & Wine Festival by offering, under the guidance of Chef Éric Bouchenoire, a menu inspired by the iconic dishes of Chef Joël Robuchon, available both at lunch and dinner.

The Festival offers a unique event on Thursday, October 16th: Éric Frechon invites the legendary Crillon Team – Chefs Yves Camdeborde, Christian Constant, and Christophe Felder – for an exceptional gala dinner, themed around friendship, sharing, and memories.

Among these specialties are the classic Parisian sandwich, a vegetarian Pan Bagnat filled with artichokes, and an Alsatian offering composed of pretzel bread, sausage, mustard, mustard pickles, and red cabbage, reminiscent of the comforting memory of Alsatian choucroute. The sweet selection features the classic Paris-Brest, Tropézienne, and Basque cake.
