Our encounter with Bertil Akesson, a producer in the Sambirano region in the northwest of Madagascar, allowed us to discover the exceptional cocoa from his Bejofo estate.
We love its distinct notes of citrus, yellow fruits, and raspberry with a slight acidity characteristic of Madagascar.
Cocoa beans and cane sugar, nothing more: this is our approach to offer you an authentic tasting chocolate, where each unique note of the cocoa can express itself.
