The new range of smoked fish products is crafted on the island of Yeu in Vendée (85), thanks to Quentin's expertise in the island's last cannery, which was once the leading tuna fishing port in France. The smoked tuna rillettes are made with albacore tuna from Vendéen and Breton fishermen. On the palate, the authentic taste of cold-smoked beech wood tuna blends with cream, giving the rillettes an irresistible, ultra-smooth texture.
