Crafted from the prestigious "Pinot Noir" grape variety, emblematic of Champagnes and Burgundy Grands Crus, this non-alcoholic Sparkling Wine is a true "Blanc de Noirs." Its finesse is revealed through a clear juice extracted from dark-skinned grapes. It features a very clear, sparkling, and slightly cloudy appearance. On the nose, delicate orchard fruit aromas, notably pear and apple, are expressed. The effervescence elegantly highlights the vinous structure characteristic of Blanc de Noirs.
This beverage pairs perfectly with our tasting juices and serves as a refined alternative to Champagne and sparkling white wine in non-alcoholic versions of classic cocktails like the Mimosa, Bellini, or Kir Royal.
