This non-alcoholic "Blanc de Blancs" is crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown on the Coste Blanche plot, a limestone hillside in the south of France. It is blended with 10% verjuice from white grape varieties to reveal its full freshness.
Its golden hue with rosy reflections is immediately captivating. The intense nose evokes indulgent notes of roasted Mirabelle plums and heather honey.
On the palate, the balance is struck between a subtle sweetness, tangy freshness, and a delicate effervescence.
