Plus d’Infos

Harvested at grape harvest time, the vineyard peach (Pêche de Vigne) was once used as an indicator of vine health. With its unique color and texture, this nectar reveals delicate almond notes subtly rounded out by a light bitterness.

Moments of consumption: Brunch, teatime, mixology

Cocktail idea: The Orchard Spritz (Spritz du Verger)

Originally, this fruit was planted in the middle of vineyards to warn the winegrower of the arrival of a cryptogamic disease called powdery mildew (Oïdium). Its velvety skin is extremely sensitive to this fungus. Picked very ripe during harvest season, it was traditionally enjoyed as a dessert with chilled wine.
