La Savoureuse is made with mild chili peppers, typical of the Colombian Caribbean coast, offering a fruity and mildly spicy flavor. This very versatile sauce can be enjoyed in several ways: mixed with a little mayonnaise, to season white meats, fish, and grilled meats; or dipping vegetables or tortillas as an appetizer.
Ingredients: Fire-roasted sweet red chilies, water, fire-roasted garlic, canola oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, red chilies, ascorbic acid, onion powder, acetic acid, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate (preservative), sodium benzoate (preservative).
