Lavender honey harvested in France, more precisely in the lavender fields of the Luberon, is the most fragrant of our range of unmissable honeys. Its smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture enhances its exceptional florality, enriched by lightly fruity nuances. On the palate, it reveals a soft, subtle flavor, with distinct botanical notes reminiscent of the sweet scents of lavender fields.

THE SWEET NECTAR OF LAVENDER FIELDS

Lavender flowers mainly between July and August, at the height of summer. In the south of France, particularly on the Valensole plateau and in the Alpes de Haute Provence, ideal climatic conditions favor the production of quality honey. Produced from different varieties of lavender, such as true lavender, spike lavender and lavandin, this liquid lavender honey is clear when harvested, then whitens slightly as it crystallizes, revealing a creamy texture and incomparable sweetness. Once this phase is complete, the honey, with its light yellow color, is carefully placed in our iconic glass jar, ready to be enjoyed all year round.
