My fig jam is made with Provence figs grown in the Var and citrus fruits from my plantation. The fruits are candied and cooked in a copper cauldron. The citrus zest brings freshness to this indulgent autumn fruit.
Enjoy it on bread, brioche, a scone or with fromage blanc. It also pairs beautifully with white meats, terrines and cheese boards.
Prepared with a minimum of 65g of fruit per 100g.
