Exclusive Addison Ross design: our Aubergine Purple lacquered bobbin-shaped mill comes with two stainless steel screw knobs marked S and P, allowing you to choose whether to use it as a salt or pepper mill.
Made from sustainably sourced rubberwood and finished with eight coats of ultra-gloss lacquer, each layer is hand-polished to achieve a flawless shine.
Independently tested and compliant with EU food-contact legislation: Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC.
The ceramic grinding mechanism is activated with a simple clockwise twist. Use only when filled with black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4 mm in size. Do not fill with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns.
The tighter the grind adjustment knob is screwed, the finer the grind will be. Do not overtighten, as this may damage the ceramic mechanism.
Do not leave the mill exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. Clean with a soft, damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
