Exclusive Addison Ross design: our mauve lacquered bobbin-shaped mill comes with two stainless steel screw knobs, one marked S and the other P, so you can choose whether to use it as a salt mill or a pepper mill.
Made from sustainably sourced rubberwood and coated with eight layers of high-gloss lacquer, each layer is hand-polished for a perfectly smooth finish.
Independently tested and compliant with European food-contact legislation: Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC.
The ceramic grinding mechanism is activated with a simple clockwise twist. Use only when filled with black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4 mm in size. Do not fill with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns.
The tighter the grind adjustment knob is screwed, the finer the grind will be. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the ceramic mechanism.
Do not leave exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. Clean with a soft, damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
