The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Disanfrancesco 2023 by Roberto Voerzio is an Italian red wine of great finesse, made from Piedmont’s emblematic grape variety: Nebbiolo. This cuvée reflects the estate’s precise and demanding style, with a pure expression of fruit, elegant tannic structure, and the freshness typical of great Langhe wines.
On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and rose, accompanied by lightly spicy, floral, and mineral notes. On the palate, the attack is fine and bright, driven by lovely tension. The tannins are present yet silky, offering an elegant structure and a persistent, fresh, and refined finish.
This Nebbiolo pairs perfectly with mushroom risotto, roasted white meats, veal with herbs, truffle pasta, traditional Italian cuisine, or aged hard cheeses.
Serve at around 16–18°C after brief aeration to reveal its full aromatic complexity.
