Made from the very last agave plot planted by Don Julio in 2006 in the fertile soil of La Primavera, this edition owes its singularity to the time and care devoted to it. Aged for 36 months using the solera method, this extra añejo tequila preserves the soul of the founder and carries on his legacy. Aged in bourbon barrels and then finished in Madeira casks, this exceptional tequila opens with notes of toasted oak and caramel. It then reveals delicate nuances of apricot and orange, as well as a silky sweetness reminiscent of agave honey. Rare, limited and inimitable — the ultimate expression of unique savoir-faire, paying tribute to the founding spark that drove Don Julio throughout his life.
