An organic verbena liqueur made from fresh leaves, hand-picked between the Limagne plain and the foothills of the Auvergne Volcanoes, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Unfiltered and slightly cloudy, its vegetal character is truly addictive. Its lemony notes bring complexity and flavour.
The first “Verte de Clermont” plants were planted in partnership with the Clermont urban farm. The idea was to harvest as close as possible to our distillery while promoting Génestine within the local economy. Located just steps from our workshop, in the heart of the city, this harvest is now complemented by organic farmers from the Limagne region.
