Nose	Doux et rond, le nez nous emporte dans un univers fruité avec notamment la pomme, l'abricot et les fruits à chair blanche. Il gardera en fil d'Ariane le miel, omniprésent, ainsi que des notes chocolatées avec des arômes d'orangettes.
Taste	Onctueuse. La bouche offre une dualité très intéressante. D'un côté, un style pâtisser marqué par la vanille et le kouglof et, de l’autre, l'amertume que l'on décèle avec le chocolat noir et les zestes d'agrumes comme la mandarine et l'orange.
Final	Dans la lignée de la bouche, l'amertume est contrebalancée par des notes légèrement toastées laissant transparaître les restes de cette coexistence entre douceur vanillée et amertume fruitée.
