The Dalmore Luminary No. 2 - Edition 2024 is an exceptional work that is the result of a collaboration between Melodie Leung and Greg Glass. This single malt was matured in American white oak bourbon casks before undergoing a finishing process in a blend of casks, including a rare 1963 Colheita Port cask, an exceptional 30-year-old Apostoles sherry cask, and a 1951 hybrid virgin oak The Dalmore cask, specially prepared by Greg Glass with open-air drying and toasting.
The Dalmore Luminary No. 2 is presented in a luxurious box, reflecting the elegance and prestige of this limited edition. Each bottle is individually numbered, attesting to its exclusivity and rarity. This bottle is a tribute to excellence and tradition, intended for the most discerning connoisseurs seeking the ultimate whisky tasting experience.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Honey, crème brûlée, leather, guava.
Palate: Brioche, fruity. Fig, Seville orange, wild berries, passion fruit.
Finish: Roasted chestnut, sweet woody spice, dark cocoa, and wood smoke.
