Whole Duck Foie Gras from South West IGP : the essential

Superproducteur whole duck foie gras is cooked in the heart of the Landes, in Chalosse by Philippe, less than 50 km from the farms. Worked very fresh by hand, it is simply salted and peppered with a hint of Armagnac before a gentle cooking. This gives it fruity and spicy flavors while preserving a melting texture. This 120gr format is ideal for 4 to 6 guests as an aperitif or to enhance your dishes and starters.
