Usage Instructions
Intensive treatment: 4 capsules per day with a large glass of water.
Maintenance treatment: 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water.
A jar of 112 capsules allows for an intensive treatment of 4 capsules per day over 4 weeks (1 month) or a maintenance treatment of 2 capsules per day over 8 weeks (2 months). For lasting effects, we recommend a 3-month treatment.
